Description
Restorative practices are a great tool for teachers to implement, as they improve classroom culture and reduce incidents of bullying and behavior problems by providing a culture of communication and problem solving. They teach kids to respect others opinions and practice listening to others with respect.
Provide this presentation to your staff on Implementing Restorative Circles as part of a PD or larger discussion on implementing restorative practices in your school. It’s not hard. It doesn’t take long. But, it does take a conscious effort to make a change in your approach to discipline.
