Description
Displaying Awesome Behaviors (D.A.B.) Badges can help you with classroom management through providing a classroom Positive Behavior Rewards System that is FUN, EASY, and Motivational for kids! Classroom Behavior systems are an important part of managing behaviors, especially for younger Elementary School Students.
•To use:
- Laminate and cut out enough D.A.B. Badges of each behavior theme for your class. Keep the badges in a special location in your classroom that is visible.
- Have your students each have a baggie with their name on it to collect their D.A.B. Badges each day.
• During the day, recognize students using the badges as a positive reinforcement for “Displaying Awesome Behaviors.” Then, at the end of the day or weekly, have a class circle where students can go around the circle (to music for fun) and do a “DAB” dance move and share what they earned a D.A.B. Badge for. YES… DANCE CIRCLE IT!!!
•Students can use their badges to “earn” rewards from your class “store”, prize box, or school-wide positive incentives rewards.
