Description

Help your counseling students with improving their “Unexpected” behaviors at school with this easy to use card game. Just use your own deck of cards and the gamecard. Questions and prompts are geared towards helping students identify which behaviors are considered “Expected” at school and which are “Unexpected.” Use as a way to facilitate discussions about their behaviors.

Also included are prompts and cards for teaching calming strategies, which can help with self-regulation. Make an extra set of the calming cards, and send your students back to class with a great tool for helping them to remember self-regulation strategies after playing the game in their counseling session.

Can also be used as a whole-class SEL game, but is best played in individual or small group setting.
